1、 What are the main materials of food packaging boxes?
(1) White cardboard: raw pulp paper, high-end packaging paper, both sides are white, with no sandwich in the middle, the front is delicate and glossy, and the back is slightly rough, with good resistance to printing and folding, and good stiffness and hardness
Main applications: Paper box packaging, such as drug packaging boxes, cosmetics packaging boxes, electronic product packaging boxes, exquisite paper bags, and high-end food packaging paper boxes
(2) Grey board paper
Also known as coated paper or whiteboard paper, semi recycled paper, mid to low end packaging paper, with a smooth white front and a rough gray or light gray back. The printing resistance, folding resistance, stiffness, and hardness are slightly inferior to white cardboard.
Main uses: Ordinary food packaging paper boxes, corrugated box surface paper for food packaging boxes
(3) White background white: It is a type of packaging paper that falls between white and gray cardboard boxes. It involves machine coating the back of gray cardboard with a layer of white paper, which is less commonly used
(4) Copperplate paper
Copperplate paper is a high-end printing paper made by coating white coating on the base paper. It is mainly used for printing covers and illustrations of high-end books and periodicals, colored pictures, various exquisite product advertisements, samples, product packaging, trademarks, etc.
(5) Corrugated paper
Corrugated paper is a board like material made by bonding corrugated paper with corrugated paper processed by corrugated bars. It is generally divided into two types: single corrugated cardboard and double corrugated cardboard. According to the size of the corrugated paper, it is divided into five types: A, B, C, E, and F.
(6) Grey cardboard
Grey cardboard is produced from a type of recycled paper. The product is divided into single gray (single white), double gray, and full gray, which belong to environmentally friendly packaging materials. Main uses of the product: packaging boxes, advertising boards, folders, photo frame backboards, luggage, hardcover books, storage boxes, samples, liners, partitions, etc.

(8) Cow cardboard
Generally brown in color, there are many types, which can be divided into ordinary kraft paper, single-sided kraft paper coated kraft paper, hanging kraft paper, and double-sided kraft paper.
The most commonly used coated kraft paper is usually a paper with one side white and one side cowhide color, ranging from 175 grams to 450 grams
The concepts of kraft paper and kraft paper are the same, with thin ones called kraft paper and thick ones called kraft paper. Generally, paper weighing less than 120g is called kraft paper, paper weighing more than 120g is called kraft paper, and paper above 120g is called cardboard.
(9) Sulfuric acid paper has the characteristics of pure paper, high strength, good transparency, no deformation, light resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, etc
(10) Offset paper and writing paper: used for printing mid-range and low-end instruction manuals. Both sides are relatively flat and matte white.
(11) Gold and silver cardstock is made by using UV transfer printing technology to apply a layer of UV oil on the surface of the paper through a rubber blanket, and then transferring the light column film or special pattern onto the printing paper through a roller.
